| At the exposition "We hung the star atop the tree" the mischief was caused by "The Fire People" who put on their show in the courtyard of the museum. But only Bulgakov's most devoted fans were able to spot Voland's coterie in the charming young lady with balls and fans of flame, the gentlemen in flaming top hats, the fire eaters on stilts sprinkling confetti on guests to the rollicking and spirited orchestra of Ded Morozes.
