Requirments

Technical and other requirements for “The Fire People” theatrical troupe.

Booked performances by “The Fire People” require 30% of the total payment + contract up front.

The remaining 70% is to be paid upon the troupes arrival at the site.

Technical Requirments

In order to successfully carry out a performance we need the following:Your e-mail with the date and time when you want the spectacle to start, any necessary passes and a general description of the event.

Information about the site: size, covered or open, any other information
Automobile access and parking near the site
Access to the site 2 hrs in advance for preparations
Contact with the director of the event and with technicians (light, sound, pyrotechnics)
50 liters of water
Power source 200volts by 3.5 kilowatts during preparation for the show. 220 volt outlet (less power is acceptable) during the show, less than 20 meters from the stage
During the show, we use confetti; if this is impossible, please let us know
As far as possible let us know about any changes to the program

If the performance is delayed through the fault of the administrators, there will be a fine. Fines are assigned on a case-by-case basis. Thank you
